After graduating from Bilkent University Law Faculty, Att. Harun Karagözoğlu has gained professional experience at a law office established in İstanbul, operates internationally and provides consulting services to Turkey's leading companies and he has gained professional experience opportunities.
Continuing his career in a law office especially specialized in Commercial, Criminal, Administrative & Tax Law, Att. Harun Karagözoğlu has worked as a legal counsel at a Holding company which operates in international area following his litigation and consultancy experience.
By completion mediation training, Att. Harun Karagözoğlu conducts work aimed at the effective and rapid resolution of disputes before the litigation process.

Att. Çiğdem Karagözoğlu
Founding Partner
Att. Çiğdem Karagözoğlu graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and successfully completed her master’s degree with thesis in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. Her thesis focused on "International Jurisdiction Agreements."
By beginning her professional career with the opportunity to consult for leading companies, Att. Çiğdem Karagözoğlu continued her career in the corporate sector. She worked within a multi-sector holding company operating in the pharmaceutical, aluminium, packaging, kitchenware and real estate & construction industries.
Subsequently, she worked for approximately 9 years at one of Turkey's largest industrial companies and recently held the position of Legal Director/Chief Legal Counsel.
Attorney Çiğdem Karagözoğlu applies her corporate experience to her clients with a strategic, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach, and also provides mediation services.
Att. Merve Yenigül Kazkayası
Senior Attorney
Att. Merve Yenigül Kazkayası graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law. She completed her LL.M. in Private Law at Marmara University, with a graduation project titled "Collective Redundancy Procedures." She is currently pursuing her second LL.M. in Private Law at Özyeğin University.
Att. Merve Yenigül Kazkayası began her legal career in the corporate sector and worked for approximately 5 years at one of Turkey’s leading companies, where she later advanced to the role of Senior Attorney. During this tenure, she gained extensive experience in the operation of in-house legal departments, providing legal consultancy across diverse practice areas, and managing collective bargaining negotiations.
She has successfully passed the MASAK Compliance Officer Authorization Examination and holds a Compliance Officer License. Additionally, she completed the “Corporate Ethics and Compliance Management Program” organized by the Ethics and Reputation Society of Turkey (TEİD).
Drawing on her deep corporate background, Att. Merve Yenigül Kazkayası advises clients with a practical, solution-oriented approach in legal consultancy, litigation management, and dispute resolution, always aligning her advice with their commercial needs and operational requirements.

Att. Salih Orhan graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and has deepened his professional expertise through master's studies in Private Law.
Having launched his career which is longer than twenty-five years at a respected İstanbul located law office specializing in Maritime Law, Att. Salih Orhan subsequently served for more than a decade as the Head of the Litigation Department in the finance sector. This extensive experience in banking and crisis management forms the foundation of his analytical approach to commercial disputes. Throughout his career, he has also led merger, acquisition, and dispute resolution processes for both domestic and international companies.
Continuing his work in the fields of international litigation and investment law, Att. Salih Orhan provides legal services to domestic and international clients as an Of Counsel at Karagözoğlu Law Office.
